What We Do

Pediatric nursing services built around your child.

Every child's needs are different. We offer a full range of pediatric private duty nursing services — from scheduled shifts to continuous care — tailored to your family's schedule, medical complexity, and comfort.

01 / Continuous Care

Full-Time Nursing

Round-the-clock nursing placement for medically fragile children who need continuous skilled care. We build a stable team of nurses — typically 3 to 4 who rotate — so your child has consistent, trusted care every hour of every day.

  • 24-hour coverage, 7 days a week
  • Dedicated team of rotating nurses
  • Consistent care plans across shifts
  • Ideal for vent- and trach-dependent children
02 / Scheduled Care

Day & Night Shifts

Scheduled day or overnight nursing so families can work, sleep, and spend quality time with their child. Most common arrangement is 12-hour shifts, scheduled around your family's rhythm.

  • Daytime coverage for working parents
  • Overnight care so caregivers can rest
  • Weekend and weekday options
03 / Specialty

Tracheostomy & Ventilator Care

Nurses experienced in tracheostomy care, ventilator support, and respiratory management. We work closely with Norco and their staff to connect families with the training and equipment needed for nurses to be prepared specifically for each child's needs.

  • Trach suctioning and airway management
  • Ventilator monitoring and settings
  • Emergency response protocols
04 / Specialty

Feeding & Medication Support

Support for children with G-tubes, J-tubes, or other feeding routes, as well as complex medication schedules. Our nurses manage pump settings, formula preparation, and medication administration with precision.

  • G-tube and J-tube feeding
  • Pump management and troubleshooting
  • Medication administration
05 / Transition

Post-NICU & Post-PICU Care

Bringing a medically fragile infant or child home from the hospital is one of the hardest transitions a family faces. We help bridge the gap — often meeting you before discharge to plan the homecoming and first days of care.

  • Pre-discharge planning meetings
  • First-week intensive support
06 / Partnership

Family Partnership & Support

We don't just staff — we stay involved. Our clinical team checks in regularly, supports your nurses with backup and guidance, and advocates alongside you with providers, insurance, and schools.

  • Ongoing clinical oversight
  • Regular family check-ins
