Ages & Requirements

Who qualifies for our care.

We serve pediatric patients from birth through age 21, consistent with standard pediatric private duty nursing guidelines. Most of our families fall into one of these categories:

What families need to know about intake

The best first step is to request a meeting. During that conversation we'll learn about your child, talk through your insurance or payment situation, and walk you through what the intake process looks like — including assessment visits, nurse matching, and care plan development.

If your child already has a Medicaid prior authorization for private duty nursing or a similar approval from your insurance, bring it to that first meeting.
